主要職責

•        透過電話處理客戶有關產品查詢，無需外勤
•        處理及跟進投訴個案
•        保持專業態度，與客人建立良好關係

入職要求

•        HKCEE/DSE或以上學歷
•        守時，好學有禮, 基本英語和國語者優先
•        如對電話服務或手提電話產品有興趣者優先
•        能操流利廣東話,基本英語及普通話者優先取錄
•        提供專業在職培訓及良好晉升機會，舒適的工作及休息環境
•        HK$16,000 - HK$18,000 /month
•        另設新人獎金/勤力獎金/表現奬金
•        鄰近觀塘地鐵站
•        一星期五天工作，銀行假期
•        編更時間可議（辦公時間:0900-24:00）
